This policy explains what personal data we collect through the contact form on wdrożenie.ai, why and on what legal basis we process it, and what rights you have — in line with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, and the message you send us. In addition, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes technical connection data — such as your IP address and browser type — for security and to deliver the site correctly.
We process form data solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in corresponding with you and replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Data is processed on our behalf by Cloudflare, Inc. — as the provider of site hosting and of the form's email delivery. The message itself reaches our email inbox.
Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where it does, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, ensuring an adequate level of protection.
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period of follow-up contact, then delete them — unless the law requires longer retention.
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object, port your data, and withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for us to answer your enquiry.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not use profiling.
The site does not use cookies for tracking or marketing analytics. Only technical mechanisms strictly necessary for security and operation may be used.
