AI that decides about blood — a learning platform for transfusion calls and blood-bank supply, built from zero by two doctors. In simulations on hospital data it cut red-cell wastage by 35% and inter-facility transport by 80%. Piloted in Polish clinical hospitals, carried through Y Combinator and Techstars, valued at 17.5M PLN after its seed round.
Energy · Head of Innovation, Respect Energy
Rolling out AI the safe, compliant way — an open-source stack instead of a GPT model on Azure and Microsoft’s cloud. Where energy trading meets GDPR, the open Polish LLM Bielik classifies documents and strips personal data locally, so nothing sensitive leaves the building; PLLuM 70B is called only when a small model won’t do. An official PFR case study, alongside building AI fluency across the sales and service teams.
